and folks thought Peven not doing boats was bad

    lawsuits galore!
As for the charges against me, I am unconcerned. I am beyond their timid lying morality, and so I am beyond caring.

There certainly are lawsuits flying every which way...it's madness. And a textbook case of why one should always handle one's business very professionally and very carefully!

There is far more drama in other areas of the music business. These Sugarhill lawsuits seem like they have been going on for centuries

mmm...they certainly have lives of their own, the lawsuits. There's other drama in the business...but the one thing here that always makes it worth keeping in mind is that carefully reading your contracts and using good lawyers are the things that simplify one's life in this industry. Just read the dang contracts. It's a BUSINESS for heaven's sake.

Ok...sorry...rant was building up. I'm back now...

Mike...I am still amazed at the incredible amount of energy that the Robinson family puts into being grimy. And by the horror that they've caused with all their games. Mike & Gee have closed the gap between themselves and Caz. They have traveled and performed together over the past several years. Hank does not work with them.

Brazenmuse, The Robinson family putting themselves in a position to be grimy, Can put the Robinson family in a position to catch a few in the neck(Seriously), The Robinson Family have been grimy since 1979(I can go back even further/LOL), On the low, The Robinson family(Well, Joe and Slyvia/LOL), Had juice uptown(Harlem), In regards to Joe Robinson, Being crew with mad illegal cats from Harlem, Since the 1960's, So, The Robinson family had the protection

From criminal cats from uptown(Harlem), On the streets(That's why nobody has ever stepped to anyone from the Robinson family since 1979, Especially, Static revolving around money/LOL), Well, Those criminal cats, Who gave the Robinson family protection during the late 70's, Thru the 80's, Are upnorth or layed to rest, So, Anyone with any previous static with

The Robinson family, Can come at them, With, PAP,PAP,PAP, With the assurance of not catching 2 in the neck, In doing so(Coming mad hard at the Robinson family), Brazenmuse, I'm very glad to hear theat Mike and Master Gee, Have collaborated with Caz, In regards to doing shows and touring(Because, Caz and myself, Were the two biggest critiques of The

Sugarhill gang, Since September of 1979/LOL), Brazenmuse, I was watching a video on youtube, Featuring an Interview with Caz, And, Caz had very dis-respectul things to say about Hank(Caz came at Hank, with both barrells/LOL), But, I'm very glad to see that Caz had overcome his anger towards Mike and Master Gee, To perform with them, And, Be crew too(Time heels old wounds/LOL).

All I can say is that there were a great many tears on some hard faces the first time Rapper's Delight was performed with WonderMike, MasterGee & Caz...and the reaction happened again at other venues...

Brazenmuse, I can only imagine, How many of those hard faces that you mentioned earlier, Knew of Caz's involvement with, 'Rapper's Delight', Brazenmuse, There's been many documentary's and information on the internet, To, Reveal, Caz's contributions to, 'Rapper's, Delight', Without Caz being compensated for his rhymes, So, I'm very sure,

Those hard faces, That you stated earlier, Were very happy to see Caz, Onstage with Mike and Master Gee, Performing, 'Rapper's Delight, '8th Wonder', Etc, Brazenmuse, One plate that i wish Caz could rhyme on wax, With, Mike and Master Gee, Is, 'Showdown', Featuring the Furious 5, During the early 80's, Brazenmuse, Master Gee stated in an interview with my man Jayquan(thafoundation.com), Well, Master Gee stated that, They(Sugarhill Gang),

Were not told in advance that the plate, 'Showdown', Was supposed to be a battle type plate between the Sugarhill Gang vs The Furious 5, Infact, Master Gee stated that, The Sugarhill Gang performed their rhymes first in the studio, Then, The Furious 5 performed their rhymes the next day, After hearing the Sugarhill gangs rhymes/LOL, Brazenmuse,

Now, I can only go by what Master Gee stated in his intervew with Jayquan(Along with the Sugarhill Gangs rhymes on, 'Showdown', Being more about rockin a party, Opposed to battling, Though, The Furious 5's rhymes, Were coming mad hard and direct at the Sugarhill gang, On, 'Showdown/LOL, Now, If Caz were to perform, 'Showdown', With, Mike, Master Gee, And, The Furious 5(Featuring, BusyBee or another MC, To take Cowboy's spot), Well,

The Sugarhill gang, Featuring, Caz, Would have a very good chance of smothering the Furious 5 in a battle of rhymes(Caz would take out any MC in the Furious 5 in a battle, Including Mel, Who is not that well verse on battling Elite Battle MC's, Like, Caz).

Brazenmuse, Though, I'm very sure, Alot of cats would love to hear the plate, 'Showdown', Featuring the Furious 5 vs The SugarHill Gang, Re-recorded, Though, Caz would never agree to rhyme on the plate, Because, of Caz's alliance with Mel(Who Caz is mad crew

With), Brazenmuse, Are you familiar with a few hiphop crews, From, East Orange,New Jersey, Who used to rock in spots(A Skating rink in East Orange,New Jersey, During the late 70's to early 80's, Brazenmuse, I forgot the names of these cats from New Jersey(Right about now, Mad senior citizens moment/LOL).

I think Mel is the one that got Mike and Guy together with Caz. They have done some stuff together over the past coupla years...

See...I was in Bergen county mostly...I will check about that crew, but I would only hv seen them if they came to battle CHAOS II or PHASE II up here...

    1. This is nothing compared to the Temptations lawsuits!

    2. Mike: The Robinsons have had 35 years to catch two in the neck, and haven't. Outside of the lawsuits, they are now a big WHATEVA!

...which premises have since burned to the ground. They are paying, in so many very personal ways, for their history...but others are too. And they shouldn't be. It's slowly untangling itself...and it may not involve 2 to da neck...maybe not at all...what goes around, comes around...

FAO Mike Barnes & Lovers of Rap...Drama Never Truly Ends

Brazenmuse, What others are you building about, In regards to your previous comments, About the Robinson family(Brazenmuse, Are the others, That you mentioned earlier, Cats like Bobby Robinson(Enjoy records, Who's record store was shut-down on 125thst and 8thave in Harlem, Due to real estate Developers, Buying out the whole block on 125thst in

Harlem, this past summer), Peter Brown and Gene Griffin(Who passed away a few months Ago), Etc, Or, Are You building about hiphop artists, From the late 70's to mid 80's, Are paying, Pete, Most hiphop throwdowns, Around my way(Southside/Jamaica,Queens),

Ending, With the sounds of PAP,PAP,PAP, During the mid 70's to mid 80's, My man(That's why i love to use that term to describe the feeling in a park type setting, Or a spot, During the mid 70's to mid 80's), Pete, During the 70's/80's, Brooklyn was the most grimy spot in New York(Along with the Southside/Jamaica,Queens, Queensbridge, Far

Rockaway,Queens), But, Cats from The Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Staten Island, Etc, Did not see Queens, For being grimy, Like that, In regards to PAP,PAP,PAP, Because, Cats from Brooklyn,The Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island, Were not hanging out in Queens, On a regular basis(That's how the rumor about all of Queens being weak, Started, Via, Cats from The Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Etc Popping shit about the nice area's in Queens, Like,

Forest Hills, Jamaica, Estates, Hollis Hills, St.Albans, Cambria Heights, Laurelton,Queens, Being the description of all of Queens(Picture that/LOL), So, Cats from Brooklyn, The Bronx, Manhattan, Were not aware of other parts of Queens, For putting tags on cats toes, My man/LOL, Pete, To go to a park throwdown around the southside(IS8, Fantasia,

Le'Chelet, Baisley Park, 48 Park), Etc, When the last plate would end, PAP,PAP,PAP, Would follow, My man(Along with the ocassional cats getting pistol-whipped, For their ice, Loot, Sheepskins(If the throwdown was in a spot/LOL), Snorkels(If the throwdown was in a spot/LOL), Alpacka's(If the throwdown was in a spot/LOL), Mopeds(Park throwdowns), Mini-

Bikes(Park throwdowns), Cheeb(Didn't matter where the throwdown took place, For this to happen, My man/LOL), Bamboo(Same as above/LOL), Etc, Pete, The Term, PAP,PAP,PAP, Is a very descriptive way of detealing the events at a Park throwdown in New York, During the 70's/80's, My man(Especially in Queens/LOL), Pete, The Term, 'PAP,PAP,PAP, Is universal in regards to, Grimy, New York Hiphop culture, During the 70's/80's, My man,LOL.
