    Bomb Squad in Times Sq.

    Van was abandoned and has not moved in several hours - no license plates - watching it now on MSNBC.

    but let me and you park our car and run into a store for 30 secs and ou get a $135 ticket immediately....How can a van be parked there for all those hours?

    They have determined that there is no threat they have been in the van and decided that they think one of the peddlers left it there. Agreed Ray, they seem to find my car when I am five minutes over a parking meter!!!

    Shyt, I've just read in the Daily News yesterday about someone getting a ticket for double parking while he was waiting for someone to pull out of a space so that he could get in!
