What are you going to do to keep your New Year's Resolutions

It's one thing to make a New Year's Resolution but it is another thing keeping them. What steps are you going to take to actually keep yours going to the point where it becomes a habit.

I am going to write mine down somewhere and actually refer to it to make sure I stay on track.

I dont know, I stopped making "New Year" resoloutions. I can make a resoloutions to change, or improve something Im not satisfied with in my life ANY day of the year. Why limit myself to make a change to just one day of the year?

I just make Resoloutions period, then try to stick to them.

    Happy New Year!

Good point. That's why I want to write the resolution down and carry over that behavior for anytime I want to make a change. The beginning of the year is as good of a time as any to start.
