Big business, the military, politics...it's all only drops in the ocean of possibility. Trying to discriminate between profit motivated and altruism motivated benefits is like sorting blades of grass. It's all the same pasture, man.

The internet notwithstanding, I don't see us walking around with weather modification machines anytime soon. US military personnel put in its own report. Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025 (presented in 1996 by Col Tamzy J. House, Lt Col James B. Near, Jr., LTC William B. Shields, Maj Ronald J. Celentano, Maj David M. Husband, Maj Ann E. Mercer, and Maj James E. Pugh) that "The purpose of this
paper is to outline a strategy for the use of a future weather-modification system to achieve military objectives rather than to provide a detailed technical road map."

I don't mind drops in the ocean of possibility, but according to this specific instance, neither profit or altruism are even part of the pasture.

The militancy of your tone threatens your credibility, but the two articles you present are intriguing. I remember reading about HAARP in a magazine called Frontline around May 2001. The article mentions the book, These Angels Don't Play This HAARP by Nick Begich and Jeane Manning.

Under the current system of racism/white supremacy - and I use those words because they are accurate in my opinion- non whites will always lack "credibility" in my opinion - but I could be incorrect.

I feel that many non white victims of white supremacy are afraid or embarrassed to speak truthfully about racism White Supremacy because it makes white people uncomfortable. I feel we have been conditioned to go along just to get along, and PRETEND it doesn't exist when the EVIDENCE is all around us - but I could be incorrect

I also feel that many non whites (including myself) do not understand the system of racism / white supremacy. I am still learning. As a fellow V.O.R. (Victim of racism ) once said:

"If you do not understand 'white' supremacy (as racism)--what it is, and how it works--everything else that you understand, will only confuse you"

The story begins in 1801 or when ever the last white person on the island was killed during the slave rebellion that produced the 2nd republic in the western himisphere (the United States was the first).

I was going to go on to say that this assertion isn't so controversial. He is railing against an opposition that doesn't exist. Scientists estimate that European's pigmentation changed to "white" between 50 and 20 thousand years ago... these statues fall within that timeframe, so the people that made them could have very well been "black." (Of course, the makers could have also been white, and the statues' features could mean a multitude of other things... who the fuck knows? It was 25,0000 years ago.)
