Recording a mix help

Need help on how to record a mix. I'm old school but I'm also going digital. Any suggestions on how one can record a simple mix using cdjs 1000/2000, a mixer, and a MacBook pro? Can I use Garage Band for recording? Thx

Yes you can! Also try Audacity it's free and works perfect. Just need a double rca to single 1/8 stereo jack. Don't forget to turn on ambient noise reduction on the Mac under utilities > sound.
