    Pay the pay box.
Come back to car on time.
    Drive less as weather improves.

I learned to get my parking slip south of Roosevelt before I do my service stops in the Loop.

The rate is 1.25 per hour south of Roosevelt, the rate is 2.50/3.50 an hour in the downtown area.

For 3.75 I can get a lot of stops done without having to get caught up with the time on the pay box.

So far the Meter Nazi's haven't sweated me yet.
