If I recall, Kucinich has one of, if not the lowest annual income of any other senator. It's somewhere slightly over the 100,000 mark. Although that would make him upper-middle class; I assume somewhere within the top 5% income bracket?

Everything isn't so Black and White. IOW, "Black" and "White" represent two extremes with no middle ground. While extremes do exists, only a Fundamentalist [read properly: an Extremist] will only consider the extremes without considering the gray area(s) between them.

So, it's not logical to lump Whites into one huge monolithic lump just like it's not logical to lump all non-whites into one huge monolithic lump.

There are many shades of gray that need to be considered.

Racism White supremacy is a power dynamic of White over non white. The best way to understand how people interact with one another in such a system is to understand the power relationships between then.
