Ableton Custom Presets

First, many thanks to you Mr Ferrer for taking the time to share your knowledge. Appreciate your willingness to invest and not hoard.

Making the transition from DJing to production I've found Ableton to work best for me. Any advice on making any customized presets, whether for effects or instruments. For example I've made a customized slicing preset.

Quite honestly I haven't been into making presets too much. I usually just slice and dice and keep it moving. LOL! There's just too much music making for me to do. Sometimes i'll sit down and spend a day making sounds or delving more into features. Usually i'll make custom drum racks to mimic my mpc or custom audio racks to do sidechain compression and whatever i need at the moment.
