Props for this whole Q&A thing! You've come a long way, and I'm curious - as someone who's been in the game a while as well - what are the most significant changes you've seen in the industry during your tenure? Of course, the "digital revolution" from the production and retail standpoints has been a major shift, but I wonder if you could elaborate a little on how things have changed BUSINESS wise since those first releases.

Also, if you could comment about finding the right balance between art and commerce I think it would be very helpful to a lot of the noobs and up-and-comers out there. How do you stay balanced and real when you have had such monumental successes?
