The real issue is dissent. Senators really want to charge these ppl for dissent, not obstructing justice. thats what its about really. Treason is aiding the enemy Not sitting in a civilan neighbourhood in protest...that's not obstructing anything.

Who says? Your posts seem to be hypocritical. On one hand, you don't seem to mind that U.S. will be breaking the law if it invades Iraq, but on the other hand, you want the law to punish those who commit treason. Well, you can't have it both ways. Either you respect the rule of law, or you don't. If you do respect the rule of law, then you would agree that U.S. invasion of Iraq is prohibited.
