Predatory behavior is pathological. Sorry. It just is. Women never get a pass for their predatory behavior, like men give each other.

I don't give a shit if he was cruising old folks homes - when you behave like a predator, and deal with another as if they're prey, you are not behaving with the empathetic capacity that makes human beings able to dwell amongst each other without harm. It's sick, and just because it results in the rendering of women into targets of sexual gratification - as opposed to, say...turning into THIS GUY:

And if, in 2011, we're still trying to reason why it isn't safe for a man to act out predatory behavior because of the legal traps set by others - and we're somehow lamenting when those traps are sprung, as opposed to the opportunity for those traps to be viable - then that is equally as sick and vile.

LOS ANGELES -- Southern California backup quarterback Mark Sanchez was released from jail early Thursday following his arrest for investigation of sexually assaulting a female student, authorities said.

Sanchez, 19, was released shortly after midnight after posting $200,000 bail, said Los Angeles County sheriff's Deputy Ban Nguyen.

He was arrested around 4 p.m. Wednesday at an apartment complex near campus, Los Angeles police Officer Jason Lee said. No other details were immediately available.

USC officials said they will temporarily suspend Sanchez while police conduct their investigation.

"The university takes charges of sexual assault seriously," Michael Jackson, USC vice president of student affairs, said in a statement. "Depending on the facts as established by the LAPD, we will determine the appropriate action. In the interim, the student will be placed on interim suspension while the case is pending."

USC coach Pete Carroll said he was aware of Sanchez's arrest and that the Trojan football program would cooperate with police and "follow along with whatever action the university takes."

Sanchez is listed on the Trojans' depth chart as the backup to John David Booty, but was expected to battle for the starting job this fall. Booty practiced only once this spring before he injured his back and had to undergo surgery.

Sanchez, a redshirt freshman, played the recent spring scrimmage and has been practicing with the first unit.

His arrest was one of several off-field problems for USC within the last year. However, no charges were brought in the other cases.

Methinks you missed the shift in conversation from Mark Sanchez embarrassing himself to Ch00ch's reasoning of a grown man committing no crime for smashing some 14yr old in the bathroom of a club, under the pretense she looked convincing.

Oh yeah...thanks to everyone for all this soft marginalization of men with daughters as understandably overprotective or some such. It's endearing. It's like sayin', "I mean no disrespect." You know...after sayin' "Fuck you."

And say what you like about your May-September with a minor. Glad it turned out well. Thank your lucky stars she didn't have parents who were interested in parenting, because for all your genuine interest in that horny teenager, you were committing statutory rape. Were you not a hip, artsy New York bartender but a snaggle-toothed, trailer park resident, you wouldn't seem more worldly. You'd seem like a criminal.
