    I am walking like Frankenstein meets the Special Olympics

    I completed the instructors course yesterday in Arlington, Va with an AMAZING instructor- April Smith.

    AND SHE WENT TO MY HBCU!!!! UMES! A Black Female Instructor who is OFF THE CHAIN!!!


    She is one of the few ZES 's around the world (there is only 80) Zumba Education Specialists. She and her HUSBAND make a VERY good living off of ZUMBA!!!

    So now Imma soak inna hot bath with Epsom Salt, Tiger Balm and a Spliff.


    I survived and THRIVED in that all day Zumba course... now I can barely walk!!! lol

    they were not ready to see the Thick'ness get down ... I tore them to SHREDS!!! lol

    Okay I hurt now.... bath time...

    I did 2 long endurance walks to get ready for my Avon event and I'm walking like I spent the weekend phucking wilt chamberlain....
