Like I said before, I now it's too soon to be thinking about a New years celebration party... But my question is this. What would be more significant: the location, DJ, or price?

The location, would it be north? south? west? or east side?

Would it matter what kind of DJ would be spinning?

I already know what the answer would be for price...FREE!!!

So, I guess what my question would be: Who would the top 3 DJ's you would go see to celebrate the coming of the New year with?

Be honest, like I said, I know it's too soon to be thinking about these things call it my need to know. I might have a surprise in the future, depending on your opinions! so please respond!!!

I guess what I should added is that the DJs should be from Chicago.

    Let's see New Years Eve
Location - somewhere the cops don't fvck with you.
DJ's - That's a hard one we got so many good ones to choose from.
    Price- no more than $10
Party would need to go til at least 5:00 in the morning.

Location is a must.Folks do not want to go in hoods where they know folks will be shooting.

I found that out the hard way. That's why we do not have nye sets @ The Basement.

Hey V.. As far as your questions I think you need to ask your self what exactly do you want to do.

    1. Make money
    2. Just something for family and friends..
    3. What type of people do you want to come to your event? (You will not get certain folks to to come to the hood..)
    4. Will the people drive or catch public transportation.

If you know what you want to have. You can start deciding on the particulars.. My 2 cents..

It is not about what others are doing it is about what are YOU doing. Constantly mentioning what you feel are others faults show insecurity in self...

I guess the answer I want most answered is the one about the DJ's.

What would be your top three DJ's you would go see to celebrate New Years Eve with?

Idealy, it would be great if the party could go on to at least 5:00 or 6:00am with a centralized venue for easy access for everyone in the city.

    MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!
