Yea, I am liking what Arsenal did. Mertesacker, Arteta, Benayoun, Andre Santos, Park...........some nice additions. The squad has some depth now. Always liked Benayoun. When he is healthy he is top class. Arteta is like poor man's Fabregas, so it's ironic he is replacing Cesc. Mertesacker is a classic stopper that was needed by Arsenal for the last 5 years. And they had to get a decent left back, and Andre Santos is all right. Park might be the dark horse.....he will run all day and has a nice touch on the ball.

Man U should have gone for Snejder. The squad they have will not make it through the season....not enough experience.

And why the fuck did Liverpool get Bellamy? The guy is barely premier league material.....

Wow, Raul Meireles to Chelsea! Didn't see that one coming. Great signing. Once again, Liverpool are idiots.

    They did go for him.

They will make it through the season and can win it.

They have plenty of experience. Rio, Vidic, Young, Carrick, Fletcher, Giggs, Evra, Rooney, Berbatov, Park, Owen. Anderson and Nani can be added to that list as they've won League Titles, have Champions league winners medals and been in 3 Champions League Finals with the club. Valencia is a proven premiership player. This is all without mentioning the Manager and the coaching staff.

yea they did, inter knew he is a keeper and gave him what he deserved..

I want to keep this locked for the end of the season, we'll revisit this. Arsenal will not crack top 3 this year with their squad. Its unfortunate, it really is. I know its mad early in the season, but like I said, City and United will wrestle for top spot....Liverpool is close behind.

Edit: hold up, chelsea signs ulysis davila....sweeeeeeeeeeeet!!! Kid played well for mex in the u20 world cup. Hope he can bring it in the epl.

F-ing dos santos better get his shit together with tottenham ...

Santos is excellent - maybe the pick of Arsenal's signings. Much better than Clichy was. Also, Bellamy was Man City's best player two seasons ago - the last time they bothered to give him a shot at it. He's getting old, but I reckon he will do a job for Liverpool, albeit now and again.

For a new comer, the top player is outpacing quite a few of the old timers. Interesting week. Seems that some of us can’t quite get going, while the usual suspects are opening up a massive lead on the rest of the pack. It remains to be seen whether the early season sputterers will be able to close the distance. Oh snap, no k-mixx this year!!!! I guess the pressure got to him and he decided to quit.

Top honors this week goes to Pang, with his decent score of 79. Mo’Bay and Armen are on that ass though….Seems like Pang finally has it all figured out. Well perhaps not. Looks like he simply had more time than all of us to study the game since's, unfortunately, he's been unemployed for 2 years!!! Well, we shall see how well he does now that he has to split his time between work and playing fantasy league!!!! Onward!!
