Hello JMNYC! thank you for your encouragement! I think my video was too much for some western people who haven't cooked seriously from scratch... lol

This time, I made a really easy to make sweets so that you guys can share with your colleague, friends and loved ones now that most of us are back to work/school.

I had a great joy making these for Mr. Kerri Chandler, only to find out he was allergic to coconuts LOL but he said his peers most of the rusks after playing at Vision in Shibuya hehehe

This week, I am featuring "My moody life" by Mr. Kerri Chandler!
How many of you truly love the Japanese food enough to the point you want to make your own dish?
Well, if you watch this, you can make your own home made winter udon noodle dish :-)
This is a local food where I live at the base of Mt. Fuji and the samurai soldiers used to eat this dish to survive during the the age of provincial wars LOL.. Our mighty leader was Takeda Shingen, and unfortunately he died because of a disease, but if he had taken over the country, we definitely have different history than what we have now (ex. Tokyo did not become the capital etc).

Anyway, please enjoy this video I made with my grandma:

Love is in the air.. the Valentine's day is approaching this winter season, and I wanted to make a video that reminds us how beautiful really "LOVE" is, so that regardless of each one of us having a significant another or not, we can still cherish the "Love" from the divine, and LOVE us fully today, so that we can share much of our pure LOVE with those around us, allowing it to connect us to those we are destined to meet. Happy FULL of LOVE day to you, everyone!

This is what LOVE is if Love was visible, and had its own scent, taste and feel to it.

I LOVE "Your Body" by Suges on Soulstream Records as well..
the sound got a bit muffled?! but sorry, I have no time to fix before traveling to NZ for a business trip..
but seriously, if you guys want to surprise your loved one on V-Day, this is a great recipe to wow her/him and get all sexy and shit on 2.14 hehe LOL

nothing traditional about beef ramen i guess unless you're interested in shoyu ramen. stick to pork. it's much more satisfying.

batch 1 porter wasn't bad. it's quite a bit under-attenuated at ~3% abv but the flavor's there. wish i had re-pitched yeast 3 days in but I've chalked it up to part of the learning process. batch 2 wheat pale ale is pretty good. it's a nice, citrusy easy drinker. looking to try all-grain using BIAB technique soon.

As Lupine said, not much of beef ramen, but Miso (soy bean paste), Pork, Salt and Soy Sauce are our common choice :-) I would look into making my own ramen noodle stock and definitely share with you guys in near future cause I know loads of fabulous artists, DJs and producers loving what we got here (RAMEN)!! Happy Girls Day - March 3rd!! (Tomorrow for you guys, but today Japan TIME)

"Hinamatsuri (Doll's Festival)" is held on March 3rd. This is a day to pray for young girl's growth and happiness. It is also called "Momo no sekku (Peach Festival)" because of the peach blossom season on the old lunar calendar. When I was a little girl, my beloved grandma would make these sushi dolls and bring them to our house every single year. I made these sushi dolls in remembrance of my grandma to celebrate all of you ladies wishing for your eternal happiness, good luck in romance, great health, much blessings in every area of life ♥ ♥ Happy Girls Day!! Please share to big up all the ladies that you love ♥ ♥ ♥

P.S. This is a really easy, delicious, healthy and vegetarian dish (eggs aghh), good for a get together, party, obento (lunch box) etc..
Enjoy making it with friends! and Celebrate LIFE!
