Hands down, this is the best month on the sports calendar. NBA could never deliver what NCAA MBB delivers in March. I'm ready to learn some new faces, watch some hungry mid-majors, witness the dynasties go to work..

I enjoy watching kids I've coached or coached against at the next level..so I've been watching as many mid-major..non BCS schools play as possible:

    @ Christmas in March!

Yeah man, you should be worried - after 'cuse's season, there really isn't a place to go, but down and out in the tourney ... Final4 will just be meeting expectations - but I expect y'all to get there, b/c the squad is just loaded with studs - I miss having teams like that

As you should be honestly..there is nothing scarier than prepping for playoffs and not having any or many losses to reflect on and view film for. The mental it takes to beat a team 3 times in a season is par with nothing else.

Soundscience, You're man Dallas Joyner plays for Stoney Brook in South Hampton,Long Island, My man(That looks like Stoney Brook's gym in that clip of you're man making that tip-in at the buzzer, My man), Soundscience, You're most definitely right in regards to you're prior comments on a crew beating another crew 3 times in the same season, My man, Though, I do remember Georgetown beating St.John's 3 times in the same season in 1985(2 of those wins by Georgetown

We're blowouts including the last one in the final four semi-finals in 1985 at Rupp Arena at Kentucky, My man), Soundscience, Georgia Tech beat North Carolina 3 times in 1985 too(The last win by Georgia Tech vs North Carolina took place in the 1985 ACC tournament championship at the Omni in Atlanta, Which most cats

Would say was a very big advantage for Georgia Tech, Though, A crew has to win no matter where you're playing at, My man/LOL), Georgia Tech beat North Carolina 3 times in 2010, The year North Carolina lost about 17 games and went to the NIT championship only to lose to Dayton University, My man), Soundscience, It's very hard to accomplish, Though, Not impossible to beat a crew 3 times in the same season, My man.

    Yo, Mike,

That '85 GTech team had Mark Price, who, I'll admit, cracked Pearl's ass to the moneygrips! (in the Sweet Sixteen!). The Jackets also had Bruce Dalrymple, John Salley and Yvonne Joseph (who was 140 years old with his!). I don't think a neutral floor would've made a difference. That team was that nice!

Mike that is Stony Brook, one of my former players Marcus Rouse plays for them and they are one game away from being guaranteed a spot at the Big Dance. That gym however is University of Hartford's gym.

    Harvard clinches NCAA tournament bid

    http://espn.go.com/boston/ncb/story/...ent-berth-1946

    Harvard is going dancing.

By virtue of Pennsylvania's loss to Princeton Tuesday night, the Crimson earned a berth in the NCAA tournament -- their first since 1946. Harvard also clinched its first-ever Ivy League title.

"We are thrilled and honored to have an opportunity to compete in the 2012 NCAA tournament," Harvard coach Tommy Amaker said in a statement. "This is a tremendous moment for Harvard University, our basketball program and our community. Go Crimson!"

Penn needed a win to tie Harvard at the top of the Ivy standings and force a one-game playoff. Princeton, though, posted a 62-52 victory at Jadwin Gym to deny the Quakers that opportunity.

Harvard finished 12-2 in the conference, one game ahead of Penn.

Last year, Harvard lost a one-game playoff to Princeton at the buzzer for the Ivy League's automatic NCAA berth and failed to receive an at-large bid after sharing the regular season title with the Tigers.
