hey could really do with some help

hey im fairly new to producing and im struggling getting this real deep sound like in this track

i know its heavy filtering but i stil cant get this dreamy atmospheric sound and creating the sounds used i want to avoid using samples if pos i would much rather learn how to create the sounds
any help would be very much appreciated

ITs as much about what not being played than what is
Receverb and delay play a big part
