Isai "Luv Me Better" (Mantree Records CD)

What a return to Spirit of House for Rasmir with this fiery production oozing with his beloved inimitable sounds and rhythms. "Luv me better" is performed by Isai who impresses with her stunning voice which harmonizes perfectly with the jazzy keys and relentless funked-up backdrop, making this something truly special. The stripped-down percussion driven 'A Better Mix' puts the vocals center stage and adds a balearic guitar to give the track a sun drenched feeling.

Isai "Stories EP" (Mantree Records CD)
Back in early September we reviewed "Luv Me Better" which is one of the two tracks featured on the "Stories EP" by Isai (the other one is the title track "Stories") which will be released on Mantree Records soon. Both tracks are produced by Rasmir in this signature style, oozing with his beloved inimitable sounds and rhythms, while songstress Isai impresses with her stunning voice which harmonizes perfectly with the lush keys and relentless backing, making this something truly special. As usual a variety of alternate versions are included, giving you plenty of choices to work the floor.

This has got to be one of the most impressive songs created for the dancefloor in thirty years!!! The artist and producers put creativity ahead of everything that is commercial to make beautiful music that speaks to the soul.
