    has got to be the funniest thing i've ever read on this board. in one seamless stroke of the keyboard and in just over 10 words you perfectly merged the internet into the "i was house before jack had a groove, much less a box to bang on" framework so many carry so effortlessly on this board.

    Now that's old! My cousin used to work on those in his garage when I was a kid. I've been fascinated with electronics ever since.

    Microsoft Basic ran on Apple II and Apple II+ - one of the best programmer's units around at the time. I used to program if/then statements on dual 5 1/4" floppy drives to make simple multiple-choice role-playing games.

    Once arrays and nested arrays came out, it was like being in heaven.
