Hey Dino, this track sounds like an early work from Frankie Feliciano. The bassline is the same as his dub to Black Magic's "Freedom (Make it Funky).

I prefer the GU remix myself. It's a tad bit slower. I almost NEVER hear it in clubs anymore.
