I think you give the GM and the head coach the death penalty, unless it's proven that the owner knew about it. If Loomis was eavesdropping, you know Peyton was getting fed that info.....JMJ

Is there evidence of eavesdropping during the Peyton Era? And even if so, does/did Loomis have football knowledge to translate the plays?

For example, team runs a "25 Split Wide Banana"; how many people outside of football knew what type of play that was, until John Gruden and Andrew Luck talked about it during Gruden's QB draft camp a few weeks ago?

I'm only asking questions as to any potential league punishment. I'll let the lawyers debate whether there was a crime committed.
