    NBA Playoffs

sorry if there's another thread dedicated to this but I love this time of year. The true stars come out to show everybody how to play some ball

Utah- Gordon Hayward- dude is not your average, and he's gonna have a bright future. Love watching him play
San An.- Tony Parker- never got the recog. he deserves, and he just keeps doin it. Everyone love Chris Paul, but he's my pick for mvp...
OKC- James Harden is just about unstoppable. We all knew he was nice, but he can take the whole defense to the hole
Den. - Ty Lawson- showing everyone what the quickest looks like. Dude can ball and embarrass at will
Phili- Evan Turner, Jrue Holiday- look out, they got game
Indiana- the whole roster is deep, and they are the future. No trades and they will be damn nasty!

just a few observations on the unsung heros of the league.

We were talking about Tony Parker last night. He never gets his props and has been a terror at PG his whole career. The league as a whole does not give the Spurs any props because they play blue collar team basketball.

The Spurs have very quietly acquired some athletic swingmen and perimeter dudes to be able to keep up with Wade and Lebron. It's crazy how Pop has turned that team from a slow down team to high scoring squad. No to mention Duncan is rested and ready for the playoffs.

Whoever comes out of the West is gonna be tired cause all the strong teams are in the West, but the Spurs have a legitimate shot.

The more I think about a Spurs/Heat final, the more I think it's likely happen. That would be a great series. Of course, I also think Lakers/Heat could happen, too. That would be bananas.

On the low, The cat who starts in the backcourt with Tony Parker is Danny Green(Former North Carolina cat who played with Tyler Hansbrough, Ty Lawson, Etc, At North Carolina during the late 2000's, Along with Danny Green being a former HS All-American at St.Mary's HS on Long Island, Though, Danny Green's from

Babylon,Long Island), Danny Green has been playing very well this seaon, Which give Manu Ginobili the opportunity to get mad rest and play with the 2nd team crew, As for Ty Lawson, Well, I guess Ty Lawson is another one of the those mild-dud weak cats from North Carolina, Who is not rockin with his/LOL.

Ty Lawson scored 25 pts and 7 ast in the first 2 playoff games. Not a bad contribution, and I still think he's the quickest guard

Tony Winter, That last response in regards to Ty Lawson was an inside joke for someone on the board who states that North Carolina has sent mad golfballs to the NBA, My man/LOL, Tony, Ty Law is drug nice with his, My man, Along with Ty Lawson coming thru the door rockin for the past 3 years at Denver too, My man(North Carolina will be sending 4 more golfballs to the NBA in this years lottery in June too, My man/LOL), Tony, Ty Lawson is the fastest cat in the NBA(Not unless their's

A cat on the bench who does not get no run, Who is faster than Ty Lawson, My man/LOL), Tony, Do you feel Ty Lawson is faster than Allen Iverson from end-line to end-line, My man, On the low, Ty Lawson will sling it(Dunk), On a cat too(If tested, My man/LOL).

I'll give you a whack ass NC player.....Brendan "straight garbage" Haywood. Did he ever have a good game?!? lol

I do think Lawson is quicker than Iverson. Only other quick cat I can think of like that is Tony Parker who leaves whoever's guarding him behind all day.

I'm hating the playoffs this year because of all the injuries, really would've liked seeing the Bulls go full strength this year, but oh well, wait till next year.

Players are in shape but they could only take so much with this condensed season. There's injuries all over the map.
I predict someone in Boston is next.....

I'm sure the Lakers are coming out the first round, unless a miracle occurs, and I think the series with OKC is gonna be the best of the year. Mad drama, OKC is hungry as hell, and the Lakers are looking pretty good right now. Can't wait !!

Tony, Allen Iverson was way faster than Tony Parker from end to end, My man(Tony Parker can get to the basket fast, But, End to end, Allen Iverson was one of the fastest cats in NBA history, My man(From end to end), Tony, Branden Haywood was wack, Though more than a few cats from North Carolina have not played that well the last few years(Cats forget Raymond Felton has been rockin since 2006, Except for this year, My man), Ty Lawson has been playing very well the past 3 years, My man.

Sucked seeing Rose go down. But even with them at full strength I still say Spurs over Heat in 6.

Trust me all three of us agree on this one. Even Sha agrees with Parker.

I think Iverson was faster but Parker plays smarter. His European play style is unconventional and it throws the US players off. It's the same reason Ginobli gets to the hole so easy.

I agree it's the condensed season. Way too many games close together.
