    Who was the first person to drop Let no man put asunder??? And beat it on a regular basis before it got popular??? In chicago that is.

    Pretty hard to say.I know the cut came out in 77 on the lp.The remix with Frankie's and Shep's remixes did not drop til 83.

    There could be a lot of jocks around that time frame of 77 who could have dropped it.Hell even Herb Kent or Ernie Green could have.

    I know Ronnie was at Den One and Rialto's,but I do not know where else he played between 74-80.

    Larry Williams is the first Chicago DJ that I recall playing that on the regular basis in his set. The Gallery on 14th & Michigan if my memory serves me correct 1979-ish.
