Coke is trying to promote Vanilla Coke (which sucks) via Missy Elliot.

I took it as the industry saying "We can play you anyway we wanna" after seeing the ad.

She is sitting there thinking it is a meeting to determing if she is gonna Rap for the coke Ad and the two Exec's say "No, we dont want you to rap, we want you to promote these Missy Elliot Bobbing Head Dolls" as they snikered and she sat there looking stupid.
