Posting Mixes on SoundCloud Tip

I recently caught wind of a tip to trick SoundCloud into not taking your mixes down. I've seen some people complaining and posting about mixes getting taken down. This has been proven to work. Just put 30 seconds of sound efx/interlude before you start your mix and it will read as nothing and stay up on the site.

I believe they use the same software that Shazam and YouTube use. I am reluctant to put anything up these days cuz they keep taking them down. I can see if they refuse on initial upload but after it's up already they are taking them down. I guess as they add songs to the database. In the end the site is for your own personal tracks to put up. But how many people actually do that. At least YouTube puts ads up now and they don't threaten to take your account down.

I've heard the same thing. This trick is basically how you trick Shazam. Saw some one put up a whole mix of Prince just by adding 30 seconds of ambient effect at the start.
