Wait - I'm confused. Are we supposed to respect the DJs who represent our notions of musical integrity? Or are we to include those DJ without musical integrity who threaten the success of DJs we respect?

And did you notice Myron's soft put-down of Guetta, binding him to Paris Hilton?

All these layers. All these codes. Damn.

This time there's nothing to throw. I'm not going to begrudge anyone who is into EDM or hate on the movers and shakers in the scene. Personally if there's something you can groove to and you enjoy it why begrudge something that really has nothing to do with.

Want something more personal, Marcellus Pittman is the man!

Talk to anyone who does not go out to clubs. Most people don't know who Masters at Work or Annae (or fill in the blank for any other house personalities) are. Let's put everything in perspective, house music is a niche.

It's always soft put-downs, backhanded disses and criticism by his very presence from ol' Myron.

He never misses a stoning, but never reaches for a stone. And yet, folks get bruised.

Just like a librarian. He ain't writin' no detention slips and ain't calling' any parents, but he can shush muhfukas like nobody's business.

Here's the translation: Most of the time I don't go to EDM clubs or listen to EDM but I am not going to hate on those that do. That's their means of fun, I have my means of fun, and I am fine with that. It's a waste of time and breath to condemn EDM when for the most part it really does not have any impact on my life.

I know we had our run-ins in the past but man, your panties are in a bunch today. Hopefully everything is going okay for you today.

Then why are you in this doggone thread?!

You're criticizing by your presence, same as you want us to read between the lines that stuff you don't like isn't worth liking and parties you'd never go to aren't worth anyone's bother.

All these opinions, burning you up inside, but you just cant come full frontal. You've leveled about 3 solid condemnations of EDM and the celeb DJ phenomena right on this fuckin' page, but when they're pointed out to you, you step away from them.

We have had NO run ins, because I bring mine straight up, and you never stand by your words and implied statements. You present no comp, ever.

And you could give a fuck about me personally, so dont play that pussy shit, either.

    Tuck yo' nuts in, nigga!!!

Right now I have an interest in the transition and formation of dance music genres. A reason why I am participating in these types of threads is because I am formulating ideas and consolidating them for myself. The growth of EDM is an example of genre formation so I'm interested in how it is developing.

For a thread that started off being a joke about the Swedish House Mafia's breakup and Paris Hilton, it has taken a real left turn. You're being real confrontational in this thread and it did not start with my presence since you got real confrontational with Martino. You work out whatever you need to work out if that's what it takes to get over your current asshole moment.

Right now you are being an ass. Get over it.

Cats don't mind delivering death by a thousand cuts. Me, if I have an opinion, I'll drop it and debate it. That's fair. Soft opinions belittle people and their efforts over time while those who provide the soft opinions get away without leaving any fingerprints. That way, no one can accuse you of anything later.

    Like having integrity.

You never miss a chance to AFFECT THE RESULTS OF THE EFFORTS OF OTHERS. Do you get that? To you, you're just an anonymous figure who randomly posts soft snark. Do you have any idea how that may affect another? You think because you speak in a soft voice, you're not injuring someone else's hustle?

Remember when Ray made you the honest broker of party criticism? Remember how you enjoyed that?

You and others like you are full of shit. There are too many folks here who will throw a stone, then hide their hand.

You call it confrontation? Fine. I'm confrontational with folks who deal in whispers and leave people screaming. That's most of you, true. But you, Myron, you do so with eloquence and aplomb. I can restrain myself dealing with a snake, but a PROUD snake earns my wrath.

Its enough I've outed you here. I'll leave you be.
