The New Normal is proud to provide you with a great night of song and dance as we host D.C.’s own DJ I.O.U. Fresh off the release of the ‘Real Life EP’ (Dejavoo Records) and album ‘Tales From The Dance Floor’ (South Sole Elements Records) he is making beautiful noise on digital download sites such as Traxsource and Stompy. Both releases finding popular domestic and international support from DJ’s such as Marques Wyatt, Masterkev, and others. Having started DJing house music in 1995; he is no stranger to the 1′s and 2′s. His track selection and presentation is diverse having followed the maturation of house since the early 90′s. His sets appeal to all true house heads whether you get Deep or like to Tech Out but always with soul. Being directly influenced and inspired by hometown heros such as Sam ‘The Man’ Burn; DJ I.O.U. hopes to become another name you can trust for good house music in our city.
