Not for nothing, but a this point you have a Mom convicted of sellin crack twice, most recently only 3 yrs ago, CLAIMING he grabbed her and smacked her, even though no injuries were noted at the scene.

The only time any sort of injuries were noted was the next day when she came down to swear out a complaint, plenty of time to make sure she's got something to show for her efforts.

If it was a lock he beat her ass that night, he would have already been in jail and she wouldn't have been forced to go down the next day to file a complaint.

It's just as likely that she's full of shit and paying him back for some imagined transgression with a charge.

no not trying to excuse his actions just stating facts... if their relationship is in fact more of a "brother/sister" type you do have to look at the whole psychological slant...perhaps she was attempting to discipline her "son" but in his mind(at that moment) she is more like a "sister" and he wasn't trying to hear what she was trying to say...perhaps (in his mind) he held less respect for his "sister" and acted accordingly...again I'm not condoning his actions in the least...
