I might be late on this but I came across this video and at the 19minute mark this British video crew went into the Garage. They interviewed the Peech Boys and show a performance by Quando Quando. Nice footage of the Roxy and Danceteria too. This is from 83 or 84.

Yeah, it looked like there was alot to do in one night in nyc back then. I like how the lady came out at the end of the Garage eating fruit and the guy says something like it was a little too healty in there(lol)

hahahaha...yeah that was funny...he said something like "there was no beer or alcohol, but I guess you need that to keep you up at 5 in the morning...if only he knew...hahahaha...he probably had some of that punch and wonder why he felt so "healthy"...
