    Collaborate and learn

I am currently involved in an exciting project with pro producer Danny J Lewis
We are working on a track together and documenting the entire process with Video's in a tutorial style.

More information and the 1st video is on my website

    www.blackwax.net

I intend to blog each stage of the process so keep checking in!
If any of you have watched Danny's previous tutorials then you will know they are a very high standard!

I'm excited to be working with him but more excited on what I will learn over the coming weeks.
This should also turn into a very helpful tool for other producers.

OK so we are around the half way mark the track is shaping up and we both like it so far.
We are starting to arrange as most of the musical elements are in place.
The Video covers where we are at and what we plan to do moving forward.

If you have not caught these yet you can view the series (volumes 1-7) on my website www.blackwax.net

Hey Steve, been watching this with interest, nice one man. I can't even remember how I ended up here a few days ago but I noticed your name in a post and recognised it from the videos, is this your site?

Hopefully some of you are finding these useful?

Part 10 Danny adds some new musical elements using a good free sampler I was recommended UVI Workstation. I can never understand why Cubase does not have a built in sampler! All DAW's have a downside or something you don't like.

Really enjoyed this series with you and Danny. I took the point blank online coarse for deep house. Danny and the coarse content were great.
