Really? Wow .. I didn't recognize it. Then again, the only version I am familiar with is the one that was released on that DJ International compilation.

    Thanks, J ...

    That Underwater Passion track is the dog's bollocks...fantastic! Must have been a real head fuck hearing that one loud at the Box.

    Was it tape only? Did it ever get pressed onto vinyl?

    It's a beauty for sure Cordell...very underground. Did it ever get released on vinyl as a promo or was it tape only?

    </font>
I think I asked that question long ago .. some said a 12" did exist, but personally I have never seen it. The only place I know this track exists is on a DJ International compilation entitled 'House Sound of Chicago' and it is just a bit over 3 minutes long (plus it sounds different than this one - still a great track, though).

    Hi Juan...I've got three versions of You're Mine on 3 different comps and none sound anything like the Underwater Passion mix...I have a feeling someone posted on DHP a while back that it was tape only.

    If you're lurking Larry Heard...we're all begging you to put it out for us to enjoy

    anne clarke - our darkness,

    i've got the album, because i remember someone stating once that the album version was better then the single. any truth to that, or should i pick the 12" up as soon as i see it?

    Sure ...

    Artist: Anne Clark

    Title: Our Darkness b/w The Sitting Room

    Label: Ink Records

    Year: 1984

    The version you seek says "Our Darkness (REMIX)." There have been re-edits and such, but this one is the BEST version (and the version featured on this mix). The cover has her pic - white lady with blonde hair and blue eyes. Good luck!

    It's on the album 'Joined Up Writing'. I have a 12" of it too...released in the early 90s...not sure if it was released on 12" back in 1984.
