This is one nice old school Ronnie tape! A big shout to whoever sent this in! This is the clearest version of 'Your Mine/Passion' that I'm now proud to count as part of my collection :D

On a 'reflecting' note...this tape is almost a textbook example of how the 'back-then' old school (disco)was worked in concert with the 'back-then' new school-home grown-made it in your basement-House music traks. Ronnie is pumping the new 'underground' traks like Your Mine, Chip-E's Like This, I've Lost Control and Baby Wants to Ride WITH the old school Disco like When You Touch Me, Love Town, Pleasure Principle and Mighty Real. In case some of yall don't know, many of us 'headz' from back in the day came to call Disco...Deep House. We considered all the 'new' stuff simply House.

The next time some old stuck in the past ass 'head' trys to tell me we only jacked Disco 'back in the day' and not 'all this new shit'...I'm just gonna press play on this mofo!

New music was and always has been a big part of 'House', if we'd of all been 'stuck' back in '85...we'd of thought Jamie, Hurley, Owens, Jefferson and Fingers (just to name a few) stuff was all wack.

Wake up and smell the 'new music' people!
