it's not just cnn...

i worked for the bbc all last year making a weekly political programme. the bbc station i was making it for decided the programme was too spicy and close to the bone to carry on making it. it replaced it with a new programme with a bland presenter. politics was 50% of the old programme. when the new show started it was 30%. over the last year it's gone down to 10% at the most. the rest is trivia, consumer stories, celeb crap, jokey interviews with corporate idiots and the rich and powerful and famous. it ****ing SUCKS. i quit 6 months ago and go back and do the odd week here and there for them. it's pretty depressing.
