yeah, i was sorely dissappointed. especially since so many people were raving about it. i'm not a ML fan, so i'm not surprised, but i thought it was really awful.

I think '03, but that wasn't as bad as Bad Boys II. (at least in my opinion) At least we got to see:

A) Queen Latifah dish out a royal beatdown
B) Queen Latifah's fine self, period.

Hmmmm...I'm surprised no one mentioned Gigli yet...

I asked our video store clerk how many times it's been rented, and he said Gigli is beating all the other new releases (even more than X2 and Pirates of the Carribean! ) It seems that everyone wants to see just how bad it is, so they can't keep it on the shelves because it is going so fast. Got a chance to see a couple of four finger stinkers this weekend. Saw Charlie's Angels and Solaris. Charlie's Angels was one of the worst cinematic trainwrecks i have ever seen. Not even (walking orgasm) Lucy Liu's godess like presence could save this absolute shit fest [img]graemlins/puke.gif[/img]

Then there was Solaris (the remake) WTF did I do to deserve to have this pretentious wannabe ground breaking movie inflicted on me? Jesus tap-dancin' Christ she is not your wife, she's a f***in' alien [img]mad1.gif[/img] what a terrible, terrible film.

Also anything with Nicole Kidman. God do I hate her. She is so pale and boring. She looks must have died in 1995. She is pompous pretentious and really thinks she is a good actress. Maybe because everyone tells her she is. If God cares about movies...please no more Nicole Kidman movies

omg! lucy liu, so hot. i went to the first charlies angels, boyfriend in tow, opening day .. and made him see it a second time with me a few weeks later - shes so on my 'ggrrr girls' list

hadnt seen the second one, that sux it's so bad ... i dug the girls that i find 'grrr'in latex / girls kick ass thing ;)

yeah Solaris was shit. There was a few rotten apples this year. saw 2 fast 2 furious for about 2 minutes. WTF was that? ludacriss/tyrese/ whiteboy/ racing asian street cars. it was like the rainbow coalition meets nascar meets world's fastest car chases. [img]AR15firing.gif[/img]

Kara, Charlie's Angels II was actually better than part 1-luckily they cut down on the scenes with them doing dance numbers:noshake:. (talk about stiff with no sense of beat!)

But I have to disagree with y'all on 2 Fast 2 Furious. That is actually my FAVORITE movie of '03, because it is the funniest movie I have seen this year. Tyrese's hopelessly bad performance in that movie was the funniest shit I have seen all year. [img]graemlins/rofl.gif[/img]

The simple fact that he couldn't even say the word "bro" (brah, breah, brah, bref, brea, and at least 30 different other ways) keeps me in stitches everytime I watch it. I laugh so hard, I always end up having to turn it off 1/2 way in. Hilarious! [img]graemlins/cool_shades.gif[/img]
