I'm surprised I haven't seen a post about this. Maybe because it is a little obvious (the post not the record). But at the same time it deserves one. So here it is

Hmmm. I'm so/so on this record, I like the original mix a lot, and although spinna's mix is nice it doesn't 100% cut it for me... (IMO)

When I first heard it, I was feeling it, but it has grown on me. Definitely one of my current faves.

My cousin brought this tune over last week. It's cool,I see Spinna is loving the moog solos alot now.

My cousin actually said the original is better. We were smoking so I did not have a chance to check out the other one.

That's a really nice song. Much of Spinna get's the heavy rotation in my house

I'm actually loving the Betty Carter remixed track on Verve Remixed. More popular stuff, but still good!!!

It's not bad but I'm curious to hear what the original sounds like. Is it me or does anyone else think it's a lil Blaze-ish?

Definately a hit. Anthony has this in heavy rotation @ Sonotheque.

Did not feel it & did not purchase it
Personlly mny of the soulful stuff is sounding
the same latley 2 me and have reduced the puchases in that segment a lot i still buy them but, not the ammount i used to thats all
I think soul house needs a new sound like it was introduced in Blaze album of 2001 ie Natural Blaze
IMO with respect to everyone
