    I used a couple of weeks, spent to much time on the learning curve. Then moved on to Logic, never changed eversince.
    I heard Cakewalk is very popular in the US. Over here in Holland most poeple dont even know Cakewalk.

    ALOT OF CAKEWALK USERS HAVE NOW SWITHCED OVER TO THE NEW FLAGSHIP "SONAR" SERIES. ALOT EASIER "LEARNING CURVE" AS FAR AS USAGE IN RECORDING.

    Project 5 isn't really a version of "Cakewalk" .. it's a virtual studio product made by Cakewalk .. it's similar to Reason

    I kind of wish they had it available for mac.

    I use to work on and old OLD version of Cake Walk but I see they have come a long way.
