"swing" in reason

hi, does anyone know how to add swing/syncapation to drum tracks in Reason (2.0)my beats have always sounded a bit robotic and i was told to use the "pattern shuffle" turnpot on the transport bar but this doesent seem to work, thanks in advance for your much needed help.

vary the %-age of your quantization, dont lock EVERYTHING to 100% at 1/16 note, etc, etc, etc,
