yai that sample is dope " hurt so much inside" its got that special vibe wich makes you want to hear the track again and again.

I only got 2 little points to think about:
-The build up to the chords takes a little to long, from a dj point of view and from a listeners point of view. As a dj you have to mix for a long time before the vibe kicks in. As a listener there isnt much happening to keep a listeners attention.

- If you played that chord your self, ild look out for a sound thats a little more growling so it will cut thru the mix a little more. But it is ok as it is now though.

great track man, its got that vibe and soul and thats something very rare

this track is pretty nice, it has a kinda KDJ/rick wade/norm talley/mike huckaby sound to it with the chords and sample. i actually feel like it does too much changing just for changing sake once the parts come in. id do less drastic drop outs and changes, more slow evolving kinda builds and releases. that kind of thing is tough to do, but its what makes that dirty detroit soulful house stuff so effective. its tough sometimes to do very few things with very few parts, it feels like youre not doing enough. my advice, do another mixdown with a live arrangement, but smoke a bunch of weed first. im not kidding.
