I work with one.
His name is stephen, came in from Nebraska on a student swap.
He eats Plain crackers Everyday and chews his Fingernails constantly while he talks to himself.
We think that he's taking some of the medication that we prescribe here, But this is the Killer..Him and his girlfreind (that non of us has never seen) fell out over the phone.
True story: He went under his desk with the phone and started yelling in the phone. Then, he broke out in tears and Ran out hitting himself on the head over and over again.
We try not to talk about it because our Boss tell us that he has a mental problem and it doesnt stops him from doing the job.
But I think that one day he will come to work with a full Metal Jacket and Pull the trigger, I hope they transfer him soon.

In college most especially, I seemed to attract psychos with whom I HAVE NOT had a relationship! These include:

-The crazy ass minister I met at a church conference. He lied to the registrar at my college (said there was a family emergency and that he was my pastor and needed to reach me) to get my contact info;

-The dude I met while at a college recruiting event who wrote and called me incessantly over a summer and a full school year. His charms included quoting Sade lyrics to me in nearly every letter, threatening to cause harm to himself if we weren't together and making up silly poems.

Have had some crazy folk roll up on me more recently, but I'll leave details out of this...don't want to start a fresh round of stalker PMs, lol.

I had one follow me from Atlanta to Orlando to Daytona Beach and then one day out of the blue she popped up in South Beach. Tap on the shoulder I turn around and it's, "Hey I've been looking for you..." with that fucked up look in her eyes. I took a shit right there and then. Mind you this was over a 4 year span. She was the freak that wanted me to beat her. She tried to punch a hole in my forehead with those damn stiletto heals, I almost punched her out. Then she wanted to do the let me tie the belt around your neck and choke you shit. Of course I take part of the blame cause the freeky shit had me coming back for more until she pulled the following me around shit.

i had a bona fide stalker too that we had (no lie) committed to a hospital (some djs i knew him through and me) b/c he showed up at my work w/these pseudo slit wrists babbling somethign about not being able to go on .. even tho he obviously wasn't gonna be successful in his suicide thing, they say you should take that shit seriously, and iwanted him GONE .. and for 4 years, annually, a book would appear at my apt building, w/a msg inside .. commemorating our last time of seeing eachother (that wonderful night we took him to the hospital and committed him)

spookiest part, there was no stamps on the package .. he drops them off w/my door guy himself

Back in my teens (when ass was new to me), I would go over this older girl's house that i really really really liked.
well i went over her house and she was acting weird and something made me say "hey can i use your phone?'

I don't know why but i hit 'redial' and this one guy picks up and says "hey what's up baby.."

I've encountered a few, and while they may have been freaky, if I had to do it all over again I wouldn't. It wasn't worth all the stalking, restraining orders, and court dates that followed. That shit wasn't funny at all. I've told a few of the stories here in the past. Nobody should have to deal with all of that, but you live and learn......JMJ :(

a guy i know got stalked by another guy too.

one day he recived a call saying. u fuked my wife and u will pay.

the guy had defo not slept wit a married lady so he was kinda worried. he started recieving letters saying that he was gonna be killed and that he had gotten the mans wife pregnant

the guy i know was scaredand kept getin cals , threatening behavious. the polcie were called and they started investigating.

after a few months they managed to track the man down and it turns out he is a lunatic who has been in and out of mental hospital.

Men or women, I'd say they about even. Unfortunately I've been stalked by both!

The female stalker was a "I always wanted to hit it" type of set-up and she was cool with it for a minute. Had known her for years, no issues, no drama, but never dated her either. We kicking it, feeling each other out, and I'm like "naw this ain't what I thought it would be," so I tell her straight up I'm done. Not what she was trying to hear. I got it all: phone calls, pages, showing up at the job, showing up at dj gigs posting up in the closest booth/table. This goes on for two months then she plays the pregnancy card. I'm like damn, I ain't been with her in 3 months and she's pulling this shit! Possible or not, I consult some medical friends to check the possibility (it is possible) and weigh my options. Not wanting to be the ghost dad if she is pregnant,I reach out to her, now she don't want to talk no more. In the end, no kid on the way, crazy bitch on the loose, had to get the old restraining order. Lesson learned...

Here I am in a gay club, 300 patrons, 296 of them men, and one stalker trying to holler. The business side of me is saying ignore him and finish your set & collect your money. The ego side is like "WTF, drop this fool!" So I grab the mic stop the music and made the following announcement: We have a lost child here at the booth. He's wearing blah blah blah with blah blah blah, and he's looking for his mommy. You shoulda seen that mf'er turn blue his face was so red. Then he was gone. I still run across him at a party or two, and it's still the same dry ass line.
