I'm out of this one. I'll bounce with this thought; women have conformed for a reason; men.

    I hear you Ms. Tina it's just that I don't feel like I have anything to prove..especially to someone that already has it in their head how ALL men are...That shit is just lame and tired..The misguided generalizations I have read on this thread are so far off til I'm convinced that some just really don't have a clue..And are just projecting their own misguided assumptions based on their own negative experiences/heartbreak onto others.....I know me and what I like and dislike and have absolutely no negative issues with women..But all the shit I am reading leads me to believe that some have serious negative issues with men....

    JMJ you took the words right outta my mouth. Communication is all messed up. I a very big on talking. Actions speak louder than words?? Not necessarily. Words are very powerful, that's why you gotta talk. People may not always remember what you did, but you bets believe they ain't forgettin what you said. So c'mon ladies and gentlemen let's talk about it!
    fuck that (no disrespect meant), but i think women make it more complicated yapping so much ... </font>
How so kara??? How is knowing exactly where you stand a bad thing?? </font>
its along the lines of david.s post today about using words to describe things which vocabulary doesn't quite capture. some things, don't have to be said, or if said .. take on the meaning of whatever words / images come up ... many things in relationships/encounters are of the most primitive nature ... other communication methods are better suited ...

    other times, not having to label/describe/prescribe can let things be more real , IMO

    and then other times, its just unfair of the one person to expect the other to deal w/things so word oriented, just because they are

    better to use words and mean them, then just to discuss only to sate some insecurity
    </font>
I seem to have a different idea when it comes to communication...

I used to make the mistake that a man letting a subject drop was just shallow and meant that he could give a shit about what I was saying. So being a stereotypical women would talk more...(men call this nagging)My intention was not to be a nag but to be heard.. so I am learning to just let some things go.. prioritize... men just seem to be able to do this better... or is it that they really don't give a shit?
    The truth is men and women communicate differently.
    Women have a tendancy to look at each other to show interest when talking.. Men can sit side by side and have a deep conversation while watching t.v....
