my workouts come automatically while i'm teaching yoga classes (1.5 hrs). normally i teach 3 times a week, and i substitute as needed--this week "as needed" meant that today will be my 5th class since saturday. *whew*
in addition to the centering and stress relieving aspects, i've developed upper body strength i've never had before as well as a waistline for bikini season.
