i remember this like it was yesterday....i remember going to the opening and walking upstairs past all of the old folks sitting downstairs in Vickie's bar (Sanctuary was upstairs) -- they would stare at us like we were from another planet....i also remember them finally warming up to us weeks later and walking upstairs to see what was going on....
i remember somehow making it downstairs to the restroom -- not an excersize for the drunk and twisted....
most of all, i remember the people....most of whom i hadn't seen since the closing of the State of the Union....like a family reunion....where are they now?
still have all of those Vickie flyers....i'll try and post them....
