Have any of you been caught ditchin' work? A few years ago when Michael Jordan came back from his first retirement, they threw a 23hr dance marathon at the Shelter here in Chicago. At the time, I at the end of 6 month medical leave from my job due to a car accident, but wanted to attend this party. So me and my "X" decided to go. We danced for about 17 straight hours. Then the Channel 7 news cameras came to document the party, but I could not be seen on television dancing because I was supposed to home with a bad back? So while the camera man was trying to get everyone to say "HI" I turned my back. Every time he got close, I conveniently covered my face. This went on for about a good 10 or 15 minutes. When I finally went back to work a week later, the one other black person in my department pulled me to side and said she recognized me... This spooked me because now I thought everyone seen me... I could have lost my job over Michael " ![[cussing]](graemlins/cussing.gif) " Jordan....
