this turned into a really great thread. Any two cents I could have spoke on has already been covered. There is a bonafied scene in europe as far as new disco is concerned. Would love to see it more over here, but even some folks are doing it here. Escort comes to mind along with what every one else has been talking about. Nu disco seems to have a lot to do with the baleric scene. I think they're are alot of records that are relevant and could be played with our music.
Also pop records like "ain't no other man" and "crazy in love" are pretty much nu disco records in my mind.
